A true story!
It’s 1969, and the hospital in small-town Arborfield, Saskatchewan is abuzz: two nurses are coming all the way from the Philippines to join the staff. Will they have flowers in their hair? Is Worcester a good substitute for soy sauce? A hilarious clash of cultures, a lot of confusion, and – of course – an international love story that takes place right here at home.
